Hi guys,
If you haven’t read the previous article on how to ride the social media wave then I suggest you read it first. And if you haven’t got your blog set up yet then what the hell are you waiting for!?
Start off by getting a domain name, preferably your own name like your name dot com or something similar with your name in it. There are various sites out there like go daddy and cheap domain names which are worth registering with but I’ll leave it for you to decide. Just make sure you don’t register a company name or your business because nobody cares what you do! Remember, they care about you, as a person, first & foremost.
If you require any further help then go to this link where you’ll find great, easy to digest, invaluable info about setting up your blog site.
Great! Now that you have your blog set up its time to listen in to what Perry Belcher our social media networker has to say about the 3 major players in the social media scene.

Hi guys,
We have entered the era of the web 2.0 and for those who never really got it, never understood it and decided to ignore it STOP right there!
And stop thinking that way! Embrace this moment because now is the chance for you to emerge in the social media scene. If you miss this opportunity then you’ll be kicking yourself for not starting it sooner. This is your opportunity to get in while it’s still in its infancy, at ground level.
Social media is the hottest area of web development at the moment. It has the highest valuation and is worth a lot of money.
I have recently listened in to a webinar spoken by Perry Belcher, a cracker of a guy (in British terms it means outstanding ;-)) who runs one of many websites called winning at social media. In it, he talks about how social media transcends everything that media stands for today, including the internet and how major advertisement companies are clawing at ways to make social media work for them since they see it as a giant tidal wave waiting to be unleashed but are still unsure of how to use it.

Hi guys,
As you read this post the Oscars will have been dished out to the worthy of Hollywood and once more we’ll be wondering why this film got that award or that actor got this award when all along it should have been given to you know who.
Well, as the great script writer William Goldman says “In Hollywood, nobody knows anything” except the one golden rule that if you follow it and do it well you can make your film a success and I guess it also holds true with blogging. Want to know what it is? Then read on…

Hi guys,
In the previous post we talked about getting passionately creative about writing articles. Now it’s time to find out how you can further expose your blog and its content via article submissions.
Articles, as you probably know, are popular with search engines, Internet marketers, website owners and ezine publishers. The reason being that they are always on the look out for fresh, quality content and there’s nothing stopping you from providing them with just that.

Hi guys,
In a previous post titled ‘you’re only good as your next post’ I talked about outsourcing your article writing to somebody else if you feel that you don’t have the talent or the patience to write yourself. But in this post I would like to convince you otherwise.
Some of you including myself tend to find that writing articles is a nuisance, particularly when you need to write for your blog on a constant basis.
We see some of the pro bloggers writing articles constantly and it almost seems as if they write it with ease and confidence. Damn them! - we think.
Why can’t we do the same?
How are we to come up with topics that haven’t been broached, ideas that haven’t been written about and how the hell can we write as well as the pros do?
Easy, just sit in front of the computer screen and stare at it constantly until you start sweating blood out of your eye balls. Or, alternatively, write like a maniac! Yes, if you haven’t read the E-book yet then I suggest you stop what you’re doing now and spend the next 15 minutes reading it if you’re serious about taking your article writing that notch higher and keeping your blog alive with good valued content.
