Hi guys,

I know that getting to grips with a blog aint easy particularly for first timers so I therefore decided to help you out and provide you with some gems of blog information that I’ve come across throughout my trials and tribulations of setting up my blog.

To help you avoid the unnecessary task of fumbling in the dark and wasting countless of hours with setting up your blog here are some video tutorials and E-books which I’ve used and that I highly recommend you do too.

So, lets start with blog Tactics:

I’ve come across this site by accident and have downloaded the tutorial and have to admit it is quite good. This document breaks it down step by step for all newcomers on how to start and get your blog up and running. It covers the basics in a simplified way and also guides you via the video tutorials which make it easier for you to digest.

Another great blog tutorial is the one called ‘become a blogger’. This is a more recent tutorial which very clearly and concisely explains how to build your first blog.

I highly recommend this one since it is very recent and up to date so you shouldn’t have any problems with any outdated stuff on it. The link is:

Here is another E-book which is a great read, particularly for those who have set up their blog already and are now looking to market it the right way. There are some gems of info here from Tony Shepherd’s ‘Blog your wage’ and I have implemented some of his strategies and I suggest you do the same - believe you won’t be sorry

So, don’t delay and get cracking on setting up your blog and marketing it the right way.
