Hi Guy. Interesting post, well-written. I enjoyed your perspective. It's not that easy to write an article that flows as well as this. Like you, I've had many different jobs, finally settling quite a number of years ago on going the self-employed route. I am a free-lance artist, designer and product developer.
Turns out the financial rewards are there, as well as the immense satisfaction of making my own way in the world and making a lot of good friends along the way.
I love the fact that I can schedule my own time, wrapped around self-imposed deadlines of course.
The greatest reward of all is that I have the relative luxury of being able to dedicate time, creativity and resources to the research and development of my "Passion Project" called "Skyaak", which is a ring-wing glider kit of my own design.
BTW, thanks for following me on Twitter and I am happy to return the follow.
Look forward to seeing what you come up with.
As a fellow blogger I'm always on the look-out for cool blogs and I think I have found one right here!
